Most of us (Including myself) have been guilty of sending an email to the wrong recipient, just a quick slip of the finger, and suddenly you’re sending your innermost secrets to your boss instead of your best friend.
Talk about embarrassing!
What is more embarrassing is having your “accidentally sent email” published on the top international tech blogs.
That is exactly what happened to an employee at Waggener Edstrom, a PR firm that handles communications for Microsoft. He/She accidentally sent an email to Gizmodo that showed how Microsoft plans to get press coverage for its new Skype chatbots. The email thread featured a one-and-a-half page dossier on Mark Sullivan, a senior writer for Fast Company.
